Our Story

AAA was founded after the realization that very few African international students break into Fortune 500 companies in the USA, given that they need sponsorship many companies avoid them at all costs if they could. The Managing Director of AAA Michael, faced huge challenges in securing a job as an international student, he went for about 76 interviews, he was mostly asked the notorious question, do you have US experience on your resume? Employers tend to respect USA experience in addition to global experience. It is against this background that this prompted the director to help other African brothers and sisters to navigate this tight and frustrating terrain that needs to be started earlier than later, to strategically increase high chances to be sponsored.

Your coach

Michael Tendai Watyoka is a Financial Advisor by profession and has been exposed to various Fortune 500 Investment banks in the USA. He holds an MBA in Finance and Sustainability from University of Cumbria in the United Kingdom and another MBA General from Washington Adventist University in the United States which he scored a GPA of 3.9/4.0(summa cum laude). He was recognized with numerous academic excellence awards including Sigma Beta Delta. He conducts workshops with Universities across Maryland and also works with the Government of Maryland(Howard county) as a career coach helping members of the community to get high paying jobs. He also writes financial articles. He is a mentor to young graduates and an author.
